Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as a user of Rareon (the "Platform"), and Code Lake Technology Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Platform Overview


The Platform, operated by Code Lake Technology Inc., aggregates NFTs across blockchains and accumulates buy and sell orders from different NFT platforms. Users can create collections, mint NFTs, list NFTs for sale, propose buy orders, transfer owned tokens to different addresses, and burn owned tokens when necessary.

To use the Platform, you must create an account by connecting your wallet to the Platform and signing a special agreement with your owned private key that refers to the connected wallet address.

Users may only create tokens with self-created content. Any tokens created with content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others are strictly prohibited.

Users may upload and share images on the Platform as long as they do not contain violent, pornographic, or offensive content.

We reserve the right to terminate a user account under the following circumstances:

Termination of a user account may result in the loss of access to the Platform and any associated virtual assets.

10. Dispute Resolution


Any disputes between users and the Platform shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability


The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform. Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.

12. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Updates to the Terms


We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be communicated to users through the Platform or by other means as determined by the Company.
